I am feeling so much better, my eye has healed and the dreaded cone is now back in its place.
However I keep getting told off by Mom for running in all the bushes as she thinks this is how I damaged it in the first place! You’re down there Mom and I am up here!
Can’t catch me! But I can’t be too cocky as the terrible cone of shame is sitting there mocking me!!!!

It has been really warm over the long weekend and all of us were HOT. The weather broke yesterday with heavy rain but fortunately no thunder, which I am not too fond off!
Mom and Dad spent the weekend in the garden and I was out there with them from about 7.00am until it got dark around 8.45pm! I was very tired at night with all that fresh Aire!!!

We hope that dreaded cone goes back into the closet SOON and we’re happy to hear that you’re feeling better, Treacle! We have your heavy rain today but it’s been cool and very autumn-like prior to the rain and we want it to stay that way.
We have yet to have a day with temperatures at/over 100. Quite strange, but welcome! Glad you got to enjoy the warm weekend cone-free – the cone definitely inhibits you ability to have fun. Do stay out of the bushes or mom may need to find goggles for you to wear whenever you go outside, just to protect your beautiful eyes!!!
