You know the old saying “rain, rain go away come again another day” well April, April go Away and Bring May now!!!!!!  It is only the 9th but I am sick of the rain already, in fact April is the only month I hate.  We had those two days last week of lovely Spring sunshine and that was it and today is more like November, cold, misty and raining.

The weekend was a wash out too, I rather over did it whilst are German visitors were here and paid the price on Saturday and spent the day in bed but was fine yesterday, which I then spent quilting instead of doing jobs.  I got a lot done for the thing I am making for our friend’s wedding anniversary which is this coming Saturday.  I will show you pictures next week of it. 

I have managed to catch up on the blogs I read and also replied to various emails that I needed to do, and have caught up with my business work having lost two days last week which was a relief.  Tonight I have a basket of ironing to do and then will have caught up with home jobs as well.  It is amazing what you can get done when you are stuck in doors!!!!
