Who would not want to spend time reading here?  DH and I spent a bit of time on Sunday sorting out our books and they look SO much better now!!  We were due to be gardening but such was our luck that it rained a lot!!  Saturday I did manage to get the garden furniture painted whilst they were all out!!  Tomorrow is supposed to be lovely and sunny so hopefully I can get a few outside jobs done then.  I will show you some pictures tomorrow.

I am hoping that next weekend will not be so busy!  It seems like the last few weekends it has been non-stop.  I am still trying to get some quilting done!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Although when the weather is nice it is a shame not to be outside! 

We  had dinner with our friends from the village on Friday evening and it was so nice to spend time with them and we had a takeaway so no stress of cooking a meal either, especially after the busy week.

I had a lovely surprise this morning as I was invited to lunch with Girlfried and her Mom today.  We had a lovely time and again it was so nice to be out doing something normal even if we still had to wear masks until we were sat down!!!
