I always thought as a child that February was the longest month of the year, even though it is the shortest, it is probably to do with the early dark nights and mornings!!  Well we have got the first month of the year out of the way, not that we have done a lot in that month in Lockdown and they are saying that we will be in lockdown for quite a while, hey ho!

I think that all the Colleges have the most wonderful libraries and although the books are probably all weighty academic tomes, they would be wonderful places to spend several hours reading your own books!  Books to me always have a very calming effect and it is also the same when I go into a bookstore!!! 

We ended up getting quite a few jobs done over the weekend, it was really cold so they were all indoor jobs!!  I did some reading and a little bit of sewing, which I will show you tomorrow, but that was it.  The trip to the dentist was okay but I spent the rest of Friday not doing a lot which was actually quite nice.  I hope you lovely lot had a good weekend whatever you were up to and have a great week.
