Well we made it to Friday!  Yeah. 

You can also put out the flags as I have, with the help of DH, completed our Business Year End and done the turnaround of files.  It usually takes ages but I must have been on a mission this year and have managed to get it all done in a week!!!! I am SO relieved!!!!

Tomorrow our friends are coming for dinner and I have everything prepared so that we will be able to eat outside, a lovely summer menu and lots and lots of candles!  Great.  No it is going to rain!!!! Which is just typical of our weather!!! I am still keeping my fingers crossed that they are wrong but I bet it won’t be.

Sunday, Carnival begins with Picnic on the Park and Crowning of the Carnival Queen and a Church service.  The weather is supposed to be dry but cloudy but at least it won’t be the blistering heat from earlier in the week.  I may not go, DH and Youngest will be there, as I am still trying to get quilts finished.

Treacle is busy chilling outside and is glad that is cooler too.
