I actually have a quilt for Treacle to be on this year, last year I was not very organised!!!!
Today is housejob day and grocery shopping will have to wait until Sunday now, hopefully I will have time to do the basket of ironing and be up to date before the busy weekend. We are still on for several days of hot weather, so I will also be out with the hosepipe in the evenings watering the garden.
Treacle is soaking up the summer rays and loving it.
Must get on. I hope you all have a wonderful summer weekend. June 21st is just around the corner and that means, as someone unhelpfully told me the other day, the nights start drawing in!!!!! Why do people do that? I am loving the light mornings and even lighter nights.

I am also enjoying the light far into the evening and early in the mornings! Weird to think that summer has just begun and we are bemoaning the fact that the sun will set a few minutes earlier every day and rise a minute later in the morning. Enjoy your broiling weekend in the stuffiness of the pool – does is count as a sauna??
